Q What payment methods do you accept?
A We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay.
Q How do I apply my Discount Code?
A Discount codes can be applied to your order at Checkout. Enter your discount code into the field above your cart total. Once you hit ‘Apply’ your discount will be deducted from your cart total and you can continue on to payment method.
Please note that only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
Q How do I get free samples?
We love trying before we buy so free samples are offered with every purchase.
We do not accept requests for additional samples. However, we periodically run promotions and sample offers, so be sure to follow us on Instagram and subscribe to newsletters for updates.
Q Do you offer international shipping?
A We are always working on expanding our services but currently we only ship within the US. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified for extended services to your country.
Q When will I receive my order?
A We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped on the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Q What shipping carriers do you use?
A USPS, UPS, and FedEx. What is available to you in your area and order will be presented at checkout.
Q How much does shipping cost?
A Maison Miyako offers free shipping with a $50+ purchase. If your order doesn’t come to $50+ then shipping prices will be adjusted to region at check out.
Q What is your return policy?
A We are constantly working to improve your shopping experience @ Maison Miyako, which includes expanding our limited return policy. Because of this we try to be as clear as possible during your shopping process and offer free samples of products before you buy them.
Products unopened and unused can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Either reach us through our Contact page, subject “returns,” with your order number, name of products(s) and the reason why you would be returning. Or email us at [email protected] with the same info and we will assist you with the return.
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any original shipping charges and all sheet masks are final sale.
Q How can I cancel or change my order?
A Maison Miyako moves quickly to get your order to you. As soon as payment is processed and the order is confirmed, it is immediately packaged for shipping.
We cannot change your order, but there may be time to cancel all together and start anew. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with subject line “Cancellation” and your full name and order number and we’ll try our best to catch it in time.
Q Can I exchange a product?
A Our platform does not support exchanges, but please contact us through our Return’s method to see how we can help.
Q My order was damaged in transit! What can I do?
A We hate to hear about any orders being damaged during shipping but we’re here to help. We’ll work quickly if you can email us at [email protected] with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item.

Q Are the products on Maison Miyako 100% authentic?
A Glad you asked, all of our products are 100% authentic. Through our partnerships we get our favorite products directly from beauty brands in Japan. This guarantees authenticity, safety, efficacy and knowing the products you receive hasn’t been stored in poor conditions.
Every product has been rigorously tested then selected for its effectiveness and skin nurturing abilities. All products go through the FDA approval process and Japan’s own firmer beauty regulations.

Q Are all your products from Japanese brands?
A We love beauty products from all over the world, but all of our products are made in Japan by Japanese companies.
Q Why isn’t the Japanese beauty brand I love not on Maison Miyako?
A If you’d like to see a particular brand or product on the site, we’d love to hear your suggestions! Feel free to email us your thoughts at [email protected]. We test each and every product before deciding whether or not it will be selected for Maison Miyako.
Also, please keep in mind that because Maison Miyako offers a limited curation of our favorite items, products you may have seen once before may no longer be available on the site.

We do our best to get to everyone as soon as possible, this usually means within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Q I can’t log into my account, what do I do?
